Mio wear time?

Hi people! Hope all are doing well- I'm back to using the Mio, every 3rd change or so, from Hollister Flextend. I like Hollister A LOT, but it seems to make my skin itch. Not crazy itchy, but annoying enough. And I have to say, the Mio is more comfy, overall- it truly is like nothing on your skin. I've gotten used to the super flexible end parts of the bag, so no longer get output all over my hands when I empty. But- with Hollister, I go 5-7 days, easy, between changes. Is this too long to push it, with the Mio? I'm lazy- would prefer to change everything out as infrequenbtly as possible, plus it helps the skin stay decent. For those who use Mio, how many days do you go before changing everything? I'm using the 1 piece.

good to know I can push it to Day 5 or 6! I am lazy about changing.... and other things, too! haha! I'm doing well, still fine with the ileo & ostomy- no real complaints, although summer weather tends to shorten wear time, due to sweating, etc. I finally started exercising again, after 13 months of nothing- yoga 2x a week. Am going pretty slow & easy, I do NOT want to get a hernia. So far, so good!

I have tried the Mio 3 times now and really want to be able to love it....but the longest I got was about a day and a half, and last time I think I got about 16 hours before it leaked! Considering I get 6-9 days with my Convatec setup, suppose I should stay with that....oh well.

I'm on Day 6 myself...plan to change everything either this afternoon or tomorrow. I keep inspecting the wafer, & see no leaks, or oozing from underneath. So far, so good! I have an ileostomy, & most times the output tends toward the thicker side. I just ordered a box of the 1 piece Mio's from Edgepark- I still plan to switch 'em up with Hollister Flex-tend, since both work really well for me. I like having a choice!
