Stoma questions!

Hello! I have an end ileostomy. A few days ago while I was changing my bag I noticed an abnormal looking area ON my stoma. It's not a bump but almost looks like a tear in the tissue. It's sort of white, like a lightish pink color. There are no major white or black spots though aside from a couple small dark spots (like a deep red almost)...
A few weeks ago I had gone to six flags and the rides irritated the area some but I didn't think too much of it. Could I have torn or "hurt" my stoma in any way doing this? Or is there another reason it's like that?

Also I have noticed small, red, swollen looking areas around the edge of my stoma on my skin. It's sore to the touch and burned quite a bit once I put on the wafer with the protective skin barrier/filler. Is this something I should me consigned about?

My output has been a liquidy-green the past week as well and it's starting to concern me...
