I think i would wear a skirted bottom or something. I feel insecure if I wear a tight tank top, a leotard is much thinner usually. I can wear it and no one would notice but it can become noticeable after a few hours (or much sooner) depending on how active your stoma is. As the pouch fills up, it protrudes more. One piece bags sit the flattest. Two piece with snap on are the most bulky. Two piece snap together are the most convenient for me. I wear virtually anything I want but I don't think I would feel comfortable in a leotard. I have a bikini with high waist bottoms I wear to the beach, it's ruched, so that helps to hide any little imperfection, but leotards are generally very flat. I am usually conscious of the pouch and what I wear. If it's really hot and I wear a tank top and shorts, I usually throw another top on over so if the pouch fills up a little while I am out, it's covered and I don't have to rush to empty. At home, I wear tight tanks and shorts and I don't think about it one bit. When I wake up in the AM, if I wear my pants over the pouch, it can literally look like i have a baby growing under there, lol.
