I've been using Nuun Electrolyte Tabs and have been working well for me. My blood pressure is back to normal and hydration hasn't been an issue over the last few days, things have been settling for me and my output has been thicker as well without use of Imodium or Lomotil. Hey Pablo2 I am glad that St. Mark’s solution works for you. I had tried making it years ago but was a bit sloppy with the recipe. I am going to have another go using the precise recipe this time. (Now I've found where to get glucose powder).
