Anyone ever have pyoderma gangrenosum? A wound care nurse said that's what I have and just gave me some gauze stuff and sent me on my way. Of course it's not helping and I keep bleeding through my wafers. I guess since I have no insurance she could care less. What treatments did you get if you had this?

I have had pg. Wound care specialist almost had it scraped! Don't do that! It loves trauma and will spread. What worked for me was aczone (which is an acne medication) and unfortunately prednisone and steroid shots
