Flare up with ileostomy

Can anyone tell me what kinds of symptoms they've experienced with a flare up while having an ileostomy?

I've had my ileostomy for more than 9 years and have never had a Crohns flare up.

Tell us more about your Dx and surgeries. If a patient still had their rectum they could flare in their rectum; that is common with UC patients going through the 2-3 step j-pouch surgeries.
