Does anyone out there know of anything to take or do for wind pains please?, my partner gets really uncomfortable with it, especially at night.

Welcome to healing well! I know there are some foods that are quite gas producing such as cabbage, broccolli, beans, dairy etc. and seems to vary from person to person. Your partner should keep a list of what they have eaten when getting these uncomfortable gas pains. I have heard that a product named "Beano" helps a great deal with gas but I would check with my doctor before trying it. Hope I helped a bit!

Peppermint tea might help after meals.
