Nssg, I'm glad you got through the steps unscathed. Unfortunately that wasn't an option for me. I'm on Xeloda, an oral chemo (lots of pills) and it's brutal to say the least. Right now I'm searching online for some men's underwear that can support the pouch. They're pretty pricey. Do you happen to know what a 'night drain' could be? It's a box to tick when ordering but there's no explanation as to what it is.
I'd call their customer support and ask them to clarify it for you.
I think it is a separate bag with a tube that connects to your ostomy bag so you have extra room so your bag doesn't overfill and burst. I've used them in the hospital when my output was very high.
