What's the cream to buy for butt burn? Having reversal on Tuesday

To help with butt burn people use A+D diaper ointment or Calmoseptine and a bidet or squirt bottle.

I think Calmoseptine is much better than any of the diaper creams. I used during bad Crohns flares and for butt burn after my first resection.
