What are you trying to treat? I would imagine it's good for relaxation. I haven't done it personally, I am usually trying to avoid doctors and appointments, I get so antsy waiting around & then having to sit through procedures. I would do it if I had a reason, but at the moment, I don't feel it would provide any benefit and it would drain my pocket. Holistic medicine for what? Imagine you may not need any, wouldn't that be nice???
