Ostomy wafer lifting

Hi all! I hope everyone is keeping well.

I have a question regarding my ostomy wafer. For the last few weeks now I have been using the Salts Thin Barrier rings underneath my soft convex wafer (Sensura Mio) to help skin irritation close to the Stoma. This is working well, however I have a slight issue whereby I can see the wafer lifting from the inside, working its way out if that makes sense. It seems to be due to the change in skin contour around that area. If i leave it, the wafer will work its way out to the outer edge and lift completely. Then the only area sticking down is the barrier ring around the stoma. Any tips on how to make the whole wafer stick better?

I also use Tincture of Benzoin (the water proof type) and then Brava strips around the wafer. seems to stop the edges from lifting up at all

My ostomy nurse said to cup my hands over the wafer for five minutes when putting on the new appliance because the adhesive is heat activated. I take it a step further and rub my hands together and then cup my hands over the wafer to create more heat.
