constipated can't go without laxatives

I had a ileostomy Feb 1st 2017 I'm still real constipated can't go without laxatives I have a rectal prolapse I feel like stool is passing by my stomach and going to my rectum but I haven't had anything come out my anus since I had surgery I feel real bad overall stomach hurts back hurts chest hurts and I feel like something wet inside my stomach and legs and I feel like I have to poop out my anus but never can will somebody please help me my surgeon won't listen to me thanks
