I started lifting weights about 2 months ago, along with some walking. I am at the gym to put muscle weight on. I know to not abuse my body, in the mean time I want to take care of my stoma. so what kind of a divice do you use if any, to keep the stoma from prolapsing? I have had my ileostomy now for 3 yrs in January.
