I'm a firm believer you can still better your best just you really just have to try a bunch of things and never give up, try new supplements, put in foods, take out foods from your diet, and so fourth until you eventually figure out what works for your specific body and conditions.
I don't think you fully recover from these major surgeries for up to 24 months so you're still in healing even 6 months out so I wouldn't worry too much about
feeling perfect already and personally from going through these surgeries my self they are very taxing mentally and it's very easy to get depressed so just knowing that my view is biased but I'd be guessing it's possible you could be suffering from a bout of depression which are some of the symptoms being what you described, it may be worth talking to a physician about

I personally use Medical Cannabis and it helps a lot with my appetite and over all being, so that's also another venue to try.
