I don’t know which to get for my ileo, thick or thin? I’m using a Coloplast Sensura Mio light convex wafer 2pc click. I would think the thick version would provide more of a seal?

I use the thick eakin seal. I have a hernia now so the outer edge gets worn down by the time I change it (six days). You could try each one and see what works best. The thin might be more comfy with less bulk.
