Wax like discharge from anus

I have had an Ileostomy for 3 years. Over this time I have had discharge from my anus and vagina, however, it is not liquid. It is like wax, off white to a gray color and has a foul odor. Sometimes it will have a bit of blood in it. I will all of a sudden get this sense of urgency with really strong pains in my stomach. This happens every day a few time a day but only 2 to 3 times a month I will pass the wax. I don't get a fluid discharge at all. Anyone else get the wax instead of fluid or know why I would get this waxy and is it normal? Thanks
