dumping bag with broken foot

i kneel while i dump my bag. going to have reconstruction surgery on my left foot. Now how the heck am i going to dump my bag?

Hi, Chico! I empty my pouch standing in front of the toilet. Eight years ago I almost couldn’t walk because of intense pain and needed two canes to walk but I had to get to the toilet, so I did. You will too with the help of a cane or walker.

Once I got to the toilet I emptied the pouch as usual. I personally like to rinse out the pouch so it is clean when I’m done so I kept a couple of quart bottles of water on the back of the toilet along with a wash cloth to be used to dry any water from the pouch. So, once I emptied the pouch, I’d pour clean water in the pouch (usually about 1/3 the way full) and swish it around and dump it. That usually cleaned it well. Then I’d put the clip,back on and dry the pouch with the wash cloth. Then I’d be set to go!
