Ostomy Supplies

I have a temporary ostomy since January and the past few weeks, you wouldn't believe the problems I've had with my order. 10days before our vacation, we placed an order at our local medical supply store. By the day before our trip, the order had still NOT come in so I got 10 of their instock supplies that would work the best for me. We came back from our 5 day vacation but the order still had not come in. We told the local store not to reorder it. Then I got a recommondation of a national supplier from my insurance company and I placed the order. Later that day I realized I had given them the wrong wafer part number and they said the other order already went out and they would now send out the right wafers. A week later - finally a box came and we saw that they had put the wrong city on the address which is why the box had taken so long. Waited another couple days for the right wafer part number order to come but it didn't so I called. They had never put in the right part number order. And today, I received a box - it was the right wafer partnumber but was the WRONG SUPPLIER so the wafers don't match the pouches they had sent me. So now it's been more than 3 weeks and I still don't have the set we had originally ordered. Ah - the life of an ostomate.
