Pouchitis?

Help!  I think I might have pouchitis.  Can you tell me a bit about it and about your experiences?  Thanks.

Pouchitis is a non-specific inflammation of the internal pouch, ie j pouch, kock's pouch or BCIR. Symptoms of pouchitis vary but include: increased frequency, watery output and sometimes blood in the stools, fever and/or a feeling of urgency. Most cases can be treated with a short course of antibiotics.
