i can eat only a very small amount of vegetables, (mad gas) and my personal trainer is wagging her finger at me about it. she knows about my ostomy and suggests taking a vegetable supplement, this one in fact:

i can't find a label for it online with the specifics. they sell it here in town, supposedly one scoop equals all your nutrients and whatnot that you'd get from all your vegetable servings for the day.
does anyone else use something like this? this is in addition to a multivitamin by the way. good/bad idea?
