I don't know if you remember me or not,but you were constantly in touch with me last year,not long after I had my colostomy surgery done.We were talking about me not thinking it was right for me to take my grandchildren swimming,because I had my surgery in June.
Well,I would like to let you know that I plan on going swimming about three to five a week this summer.I am not going to let my colostomy bother me.I am going to swim and lay in the sun like I never even had surgery.I have already promised them that we would have a good time this summer and I am not going to break my promise to them and let them down ever again on what they whant me do,as long as it makes them happy.I have you and a few others to thank for all of your advice in getting my through what will be one year anniversary of having my cololstomy one year,June 9.
I will have to wait until the water warms up some as my stoma does not like cold water on it,but I will still take the grandchildren so that they can have fun.
