I have about
a month to go before a reversal and am trying to keep my spirits up. The ileostomy was due to a sphincteroplasty that didn't heal right so was really a complete surprise. It's good to read your postings and see how well you've all dealt with it. i wish i could lower my anxiety in general. Am having a hard time sleeping. Partly due to having to get up multiple times for wound care and using narcotics for pain. Trying to see all this as a road to recovery but am finding it tough. Any suggestions?
Thanks
