Fetal Position

My husband has had Parkinson's for about 5 years.  He now has no use of his legs and arms.  He stays in a fetal position until we move him.  He hurts each time we change him or move him.  He is completely bedridden now.  What can I do?

Hi there! My Mom (who has PD) is very sensitive to movement and touch as well. What helped my Mom was a muscle relaxer and Xanax (sp?). It made it easy to move her from side to side and bathe her. Have you talked to your Doctor?
