Insomnia

Any body with PD have trouble sleeping? Thought so. How do you deal with it? I use Advil PM.

I've had to limit my driving becuase I have no problem falling asleep while driving.

I am determined to remain active but not at the risk of others.

I have mostly no problems going to sleep but often wake up. Maybe once or twice a week I take a sleeping tablet but that is all. If I wake up in the middle of the night an cannot get back to sleep I do light exercises..stretches It means I am doing something constructive and I find that when I go back to bed I often fall asleep quickly
