not to be concerned ?

I got a hold of a mri test last week that was taken 2 years ago.( i'm going to tell you what is said in just a minute.) but i ask the doctor about it and he said not to be concerned since I don't have tremors.

and this is what the impression of the test said;

heterogeneous deposition of iron within the substantia nigra. this distribution may occasionally be seen in patient's with parkinson's disease or parkinsonian-like syndromes. clinical correlation is recommended for further evaluation.

now can anyone tell me what this means?

Would there be any possible way you could get another doctors opinion, some doctor that deals with Parkinson?

I think maybe you could take what the impression results were and go talk to a doctor, just to get advise. Or say I really don't understand this. That might help.

if your not happy with test result answers talk to aanother profesional who can talk to you in laymans terms. DON'T LET A DOCTOR TALK DOWN TO YOU.
I'm so lucky to have a awesome nueroligist. let your doc no that you would like a 2nd opinion due to insurance purposes and could he or she give you a referral.
