Requesting you feedback on PD medication packaging

Hello,
I am researching challenges with pharmaceutical packaging, specifically, medications provided to patients with Parkinson's disease.
We may all struggle with medications in child resistant packaging. As we get older, packaging can sometimes present a more frustrating challenge. For patients with Parkinson's, easy access to your medication should be the standard, but we know that is not always true.
I do not have access to focus groups or human factor engineering studies on packaging, so I hope you can assist by sharing some of your experiences. Your feedback will be reviewed and I will promise that it will be heard.

My questions to the community:
What is your biggest packaging challenge or dose access challenge with your current medication(s)? (What drug?)
How would you improve the packaging or access to each dose?

Thank you for your valuable feedback. This is exactly the type of feedback I was hoping the community could provide and I appreciate your support.
I have a few follow-up questions: Is the 7 day container one that you purchased yourself or was it provided to you along with your Azilect? Also, the blister packs you have experience with, were they 'push-through' type or have peel-off backs on the blisters? I am curious if you despise the blisters because they are tough to open or because of the volume of blisters you would receive per prescription or the waste they produce?

I should add that my medications control my PD so well that I can open anything with no problem. I show very minimal symptoms. Packaging is not a problem for me, even the hated blisters.

Mirapex ER comes in a 30 count bottle (all strengths) with instructions for the pharmacist to: "Dispense in this ORIGINAL Unit of use container". This bottle has a large desiccant as part of the inside top. The bottle and cap are big and easy to use.
I personally use a 7-day reuse able pill container.

My problem is picking up the pills and not dropping them or flinging the tiny things across the room (my fine motor skills seem to have taken a permanent vacation) more than the packaging (my pharma puts all my meds in easy open containers) My psw's transfer these to a 7 day pill box.
I thought it would be great if pills could stop having rounded edges and be much larger. Of course we would risk choking if that was the case. An easy solution would be if pills were covered with a digestible hard substance that instantly desolves when wet which would also mean more saliva from the dissolved substance to assist with swallowing the pills. Hope that makes sense.
