Good Morning Everyone*
I have been with a very kind, Lady and assisting her since July 2017. Her age is 88. Her Neurologist has diagnosed her with Parkinson's like symptoms with no Tremors.
Although I was a Private in home Caregiver in my home state of Illinois for 6 years, I did not have a client with these symptoms...PIGD ( partial instability gait difficulty).
I am having trouble assisting her with everyday little things, when she get freezes in her movements, usually in bent over posture and has much trouble getting her right leg to move to take a step or turn around.
She also insists upon crawling into her bed( with me assisting her from behind.
She's so very sweet and an absolutely lovely Lady, who many times gets very frustrated with her condition.
Do you know of a website I can visit to learn how to assist her more.
I've visited soooo many and am getting confused. Thank you* Have a Wonderful Day*
