I am not a medical person - not a doctor or nurse. I'm a person diagnosed with Parkinson's disease since 2001. The symptoms you mention are not typical for Parkinson's disease. Hopefully someone with more insight will reply.

I have myasthenia gravis and have those symptoms only many more. I have double vision that worsens with fatigue. I have sudden loss of muscle control especially with repeated motions. That is because exercising a muscle causes antibodies to be released and attack the muscle. so after sewing i cant use my hands for a few moments. The eyelid twitching was early on before the double vision. There is medicine for mg to get rid of these symptoms. I also have a drooping left side of my face and crooked smile if I dont take my meds. i must rest after doing something like getting a drink. but i recharge fast. my condition improves with rest. Im tired and can get bad muscle cramps. You should talk with your doctor. Also I have a drooping eyelid but both are droopy one is worse on the left.
