Provigil really worked for helping my husb. have more energy and to stay awake.

How many mg of Q10 do you take a day, where do you buy it from and what do you pay for it?

chris i take 3 pills Q10 in the morning and 3 at supper i buy them at krogers 200mg at total of 1200 mg aday per my neurologist she said the study called for a high dose for it to work for parkinsons it took abouth 2 months for me to feel better. also you can buy one bottle and get one free i pay 30 dollars a bottle it helps i think i also take provigil and sinemet also MagOx 400 2 pills in the morning its a magnesium supplement for heartburn and migrains per my neurologist that i buy over the counter i know its expensive but right now it worth it good luck this has been a long road for me trying to get ajusted to medicines i am 47 and was diagnosed 4/6/06 and have been on 3 different parkinsons meds at this time these work for me good luck have a great evening deb

Thank you for the information. Q10 is much more expensive in the UK and a dosage level of 1200mg a day will cost me around $200 a month. So if I am going to try it I will have to find a USA based web site that will ship to the UK.
The Provigil looks very promising and I have made an appointment with my neurologist for next Thursday to review my options with a view to attacking my fatigue with something new. Your feed back has been really helpful.

I am so tired too that I feel depressed because I have my PhD to finish and it's like living in treacle at the moment. Its lunchtime and I feel like going to bed but I promised I'd do some study this afternoon.

Is my life going to be like this from here on? On no medication as yet. Still not 100% diagnosed but neuro asked if I'd like to see PD nurse so its most likely PD.
