essential tremors , sorry forgot a word, oops

i was wondering if a forum for essential tremors might start?

i have had shaky hands since i was a child my mom said i did it all over sometimes and she had took me to a doc and was told i have a mild case of palsy, in the last year or so it has gotten worse and i am taking meds for anxiety but the shakiness was there before meds , i know anxiety can cause some of the symptoms but i am trembling head to toe, its not bad all the time, at rest it stops, i also have twitches all over my body, my doc the other day said i probably have et, but its hard to accept with all the other stuff wrong too.
