How to lift my mom from the floor?

Hi,

My mom always falls asleep on the sofa and then slips down to the floor. How do I get her up? It usually takes me about 30-45 minutes of persistent pulling before I can get her up with both arms pulling. I thought of obvious ways like making her get on her side and kneel down and come up that way but with dementia with her PD she doesn't understand what I want her to do and she ends up laying down on her back. Putting a chair or having her push against the edge of the sofa doesn't work either because she won't do it. Any suggestions?

Nope. They say you need another person to help out. I saw on line this inflatable cushion that you can place under the person and then it elevates them high enough to life but it costs thousands of dollars. I know I can get her up eventually but time is the problem when I need to get to work and time is wasting.

I thought maybe someone here has a good way of doing it and FAST.
