Symptoms of PD?

Unfortunately I can't get into to see the Movement Specialist Neurologist until Nov. 7th do you believe that? Has anyone had issues with eye movements, tracking, etc. that resulted in having to get prism added to your prescription glasses? I read somewhere where people with PD sometimes have these eye movement disorders. I recently had an eye exam and was found to have one eye laboring to keep up with the other. Could this be what is called Bradykinesia or rigidity in PD? Any thoughts / opinions?

Symptoms:
Finger tremors (resting) started on left, getting worse on left side, one finger starting to tremor on the right hand.
Sleep disorder
Constantly tapping my feet while sitting
On meds for RLS and Periodic leg movements (while a sleep)
Lazy eye needing prism added to glasses
Dizziness / Balance issues
Afternoon sleepiness
Reduced Cognitive function

Yes, it does seem like a long time to wait. I did call my PCP to see if she could call the specialist. Who knows if it will even make a difference. I've attached a video of the finger tremors on my left hand....what are your thoughts?[http://youtu.be/iSLBpsbZN5w]
