Name brand Sinemet

Does anyone know what chain pharmacy sells the name brand Sinemet? My mom does not function well with the generics but on Stalevo she's good. stalevo contains the name brand Sinemet so I suppose is the reason she reacts differently with it. Unfortunately my mom will not swallow Stalevo so she chews it and gets all of it at once and gets a big high for about 2 hours and then an hour or so later she will lose all effects from the drug and gets stiff and speechless again.

I thought she might as well take Sinemet so i can crush it for her and let her take it that way. But... I can't find it anywhere. It's available online but these companies do not take insurance. Does anyone know? I'm in Southern California.

No it's meant to be swallowed whole. I've cut them into pieces before and crunch crunch crunch she goes.
