Advance stage of Parkinson's

Taking care of my 77yr mother with Parkinson's has been a challenge.  She is now in the advance stage. Her doctor tells me its now stage 7.  From what I've been reading there is only 5 stages.  Now what? No one can give me an answer. She keeps going in and out of the hospital. She started to black out. Last month it happen 4 times she comes around if you shake her and then she seems fine. She is still at home and there is someone living with her to help.  I also have a caregiver coming in 5days a week.  Today the hospital is sending her home.  Whenever something happens to her she wants to call 911.  How much can her body take?
