she wants to have children

Hi, I have a very special friend that has just been diagnosed with PD. She is only 24 years old. What I am wondering is if anyone can share any information or insights regarding, is that she wants to have children, probably between 30 and 35 years of age. I have read on some forums that there may be some concern about the health of children born to women with PD. Specifically I have heard some questioning of seemingly high incidences of autism and possibly cerebral paulsey.
If anyone can share information I would appreciate anything someone can share.
