My husband is in the final stages of Parkinson's and I have hospice assisting me as well as a wonderful CNA. He has not had a bowel movement in two weeks. He is eating although not a lot-in the last week we have tried everything-fleet enemas, laxatives, Magnesium citrate, soapy enema and even reaching into the rectum with no success. We have been very careful with his diet making sure he has plenty of fiber. Has anyone else had this issue and if so how do you resolve it?
Thank you
