LDN and Parkinsons

I have a friend who has Parkinson's Disease.

I usually post on the Ulcerative Colitis site. I noticed on the LDN site I referred him to that Parkinson's is listed.

I was inches from having my colon cut out when I was told about this drug. The majority of doctors do not know of it. I did a search here and came up with next to nothing.

Is there anyone on this forum who has taken this drug or is currently?

I have never heard of LDN. If I had perhaps I would not be frequenting the ostomy thread. I used to have UC, but no more. I have had parkinsons since my colectomy in Nov 2007. PD symptoms started when I got home from the hospital. I will visit the LDN site. Thanks
