Need Movement Disorder neurologist for difficult PD diagnosis

I have had a DaT scan which shows low dopamine. General neurologists are not sure if a have Parkinson's or not because of my various symptoms although DaT report says parkinsonism.
I need a top Dr. for diagnosis in Oklahoma, Missouri, or Arkansas. If none in these areas will go where ever to solve medical problem. I am not currently on any PD meds because of the severe side effects when tried.
Please let me know your recommendations. Thank you.

I do not know of any in your area, but if you are willing to travel, there is a wonderful clinic close to Seattle Washington. Booth Gardner Parkinsons Center @ Evergreen Hospital. My mother was diagnosed with many different things including essential tremors until she I found this place. They have done wonders for her.
