Parkinsons at 19??

Unfortunately no one is immune (so to speak) from Parkinson's disease (PD). It certainly is uncommon at your age, but possible. I would encourage you to see a neurologist ... and a movement disorder specialist (MDS), in particular. An MDS specializes in PD.

Many things can cause tremors. I wouldn't jump to conclusions.

There is no definitive test for PD, but a common evaluation would include: a myriad of blood tests, an MRI, and an EEG (is that the one with probes on your head? that's what I mean). If you get the 'ok' on those, it becomes a clinical diagnosis. If you meet X out of Y symptoms ... PD.

My resting tremor resolved itself nearly 100%. Very occasionally it comes back for an hour or so but its safe to say i dont ahve parkinsons for the moment!

Strangely my friend has got some pretty weird tremors going on at the moment hes just gonna see how it goes but hes pretty scared too. Im sure he'll be fine, and for all those worried about minor tremors dont freak out like i did! Theres a good chance its nothing at all!
