It has been a while since I have posted. I hope all of you are doing well.
My mom was diagnosed with PD July 2005. She had been doing pretty good with taking requip and was recently (4 months ago) put on Sinemet also. She has been experiencing some strange things the last week and I am not sure if it is PD related? I was hoping that any of you could let me know if you have experienced this. She has numbness on her nose and cheek, around her eyebrows, and couple fingers. Have any of you had this with PD or could it be related to something else? Any feedback would be great. If this is not normal for PD patients, then I will pursue having her check out. I know with PD everyone is different but I couldn't really find anything on this symptom.
I also have one other question...........When she takes her Sinemet it makes her dizzy. They just increased her dosage. Will that calm down after she adjusts to the medication? Or is this something that will stay?
