Latest PSA - Undetectable

Just had my third PSA taken since surgery 14 months ago and it came back undetectable.  I thought that my urologist was going to extend my checks out to a year but he wanted to keep it at six months for now.  I believe that he wanted me back in six months to see how the ED is doing.  In the last couple of months I have had some good improvement with ED.  I am able to get about a 50% erection without any assistance.  I started trying Levitra about a month ago and with it I can get about 70%.  Not enough for penetration.  I also can only get it standing up and not laying down.   I continue to use Bimix injections.  I queried my urologist about penile implants.  Not that I plan on going that direction but I just was looking at the future.  His response was that if at this time I did not have any erectile reponse then he would be recommending penile implants.  He believes that I will continue to get more erectile response.  He also gave me a script for Cialis.  He said that I should try all three since the Levitra has done better then Viagra.  I am looking forward to the next couple of months now with this latest improvement.

The reason.... they get undetectables several times and then they get complacent and forget to get checked!….   So ~ we go to our family physician for blood work and they fax it to our urologist.   We will see him on a yearly bases…   We are happy to keep this schedule.   Just thought I’d share this.  It’s great to hear from you!!!!
