Thanks Lee for resurrecting this thread. I am here almost daily reading the forum but often don't log in. I do converse frequently with a whole group of folks who I became aquainted with during my time in Loma Linda. I have my appointments set for blood draw and to have my follow-on DRE (still have to do that, as I still have a prostate ) and I should know on the 31st what my first results are. One of the guys, Bill from TN had his 1st results a couple of weeks ago and his PSA has gone from 9 prior to treatment to 1.7 4 months after. Although mine was never that high, I am expecting good results.

I have not been checking in at HealingWell as much as I did in the past. I was happy to catch up on your journey. Best of luck on your 1st PSA test at the end of this month.

I have my PSA results. I am currently at 1.1, a fair drop from the 5.7 I was at just prior to treatment.

WOO HOO .

Brought my wife Cindy to tears when I told her. At the time she was talking to her Mom, who is wintering in AZ, and they had just discussed the fact I had blood drawn last week and we were waiting for results. I personally feel a great sense of relief at knowing this result.

Hi John

Congratulations on your PSA score four months after treatment. I would say you are doing great! Sometimes it takes a day before an updated signature appears in the HW computer system. Continued good luck!

Had been wondering about you - what a great drop in PSA. Congrats. Not surprised that you have made some new friends from your Loma Linda stay. We still have a group of couples that we are in touch with even after almost 7 yr. TAke care and stay well.
