Hi,

I was just looking at www.theralogix.com, but $70 seems a bit steep for 60 day supply.  Is there anywhere else to get it for less money cause I'm sure insurance isn't going to cover the cost.

I feel the same way, I about fell off my chair when I saw the price.  I know were not supposed to put a price and health but sometimes it is not an option, the money is just not there.  I hate that products like these are so expensive.  It seems like the people who make these kinds of products know how much people need them and intentionally put a high price on them.  Honestly, it makes me sick!

You and me both.  I realize they want to make their money, but at our expense?   I know it doesn't cost a 5th of what they charge to manufacture these pills, but I guess we don't have much of a choice unfortunately.

I just got the bill for my Dad's meds at the assisted living facility for the first 15 days, and it was just over $275. My hope is that the AARP RX membership he just got will give us some relief.

Hi Glen,

Is your father a vet and disabled from the war?  Mine is and gets his meds free from the VA hospital.  It's something to think about.

I hope you get some relief, but at least it doesn't have to come out of your pocket...when he runs out of money the Govt should take care of him with Medicade.

I looked at the ingredients in Prostate 2.2 and tried to put together my own formula out of each vitamin/supplement. I then decided it wasn't worth all the extra work or all the pills, and we're buying the Prostate 2.2. is there anything (like buying coffee out every day or a newspaper) that can be given up? it's really only about a dollar a day. I know sometimes even that is too much....sorry....

I wonder what the Kickback is to the Doctor.  My broshure has some hand written numbers on it.  do they refer to the doctor?

Biopsy negative but PSA 7.2 up from 6.0 after 2 months.

Concerned.

Noted your question about your PSA rising.  First, think it would be a good idea to start your own thread with all your info on it - might give you more replies.  Yes, I think you have cause for concern - the PSA rising indicates something is happening - could just be infection, but 6.0 is high to begin with.  Is your doctor following up with another biopsy - how many cores taken on first biopsy?    Keep us updated.

You guys understand that the original post and replies are from over 1 and 1/2 years ago?

I am also curious as to the logic of taking a prostate health supplement when all of you have had it surgically removed?

I understand Selmer's post as he is trying to control/slow any growth.

I know the original post was old but when I was at UFPTI they told me they did not want me to take any selenium, licopene, or l-lysine.  Told me to take only multivitamins because they want the cancer as weak as possible. Just a thought that came to my mind.
