Hi norskie,

Wishing you well during your radiation.  By now you probably already have a routine down: drink lotsa water, say hi to the radiation technician, and get well.  Together we are friends through this stupid disease.  The 40's club.  Membership not recommended, but we carry the club card.  Thank you for all you have done for all of us, but now we wish you the very best through salvage radiation.  I remain Hopeful that we, and the many here like us, will be well for many, many years.

Thanks Tony and Mike for the wonderful support. I need to go in and add this new phase to my journal and and report on how things got to where I am at today and how my treatments are going. Tomorrow will mark being one quarter of the way complete already with 9 out of 36 trips complete, time just goes by so fast when you are having fun. So far not much to report other then as you say Tony I have the routine down, so far so good and I continue to feel good. Hopefully this can continue and when the road of this next phase is complete I can get that good ole 0 back. If not I know there are more options and I will fight on and continue to live a life full of activity for many years to come. And to all of my fine new friends here at Healing Well and especially those following this same path of salvage radiation, we can and will suceed even if it takes two or three or more tries at it. As I told my wife I plan on seeing my son turn 40 and as of today he's only 10 so Tony we are not going anywhere soon other than getting to travel and experience the many wonders of this world.

Happy birthday to your son! A decade is a wonderful achievement. Yours is a wonderful goal. I think we will follow it too. 30 years sounds really good. You and your family, are in our prayers. Lana
