David,
You will be in our thoughts and prayers as you start your new stage. I had round number 5 today of Taxetere. Two hours of infusions of Tax, Zometa, etc. I came home and mowed 2 acres of grass on the riding mower. What I'm trying to say is that you will be fine. Have you given any thought about gettind a port? It makes the infusions so much easier. I have a "Power Port" and love it. One other thing. Look it getting some "Elastogel" mittens. The nurses put them in the frige when I get there. I wear them when they start the Tax. They help with finger nail issues from the Tax.
You will do great and the new stage will lead to recovery. Everyone here is pulling for you. Keep us up to date. As we go through the chemo, it will be a great tool for others that might have to consider this treatment option. It is not a scary as it seems. It's just another road that we have been put on. Keep the faith brother, we love ya.
War Eagle, baby
