My health is, I think, good now. Thanks to an observant surgeon who was about to install an AUS and IPP, my surgery was delayed because of a past coronary event. Further testing revealed three blockages which needed stents. They are in place and I now hope to proceed with the surgery soon.

It is a device which is surgically installed which acts in the place of one's removed prostate sphincter. Simply put, it gives back control of one's urination to those who never regain the control after prostate surgery. The draw back is that... it is surgery and it is a mechanical device. A male sling cannot give that kind of help to one with severe incontinence.
