Well I’m back………Thought Id pay one last visit after my doctor reminded me about my journal.

Had my yearly physical with the doctors that did my surgery at HUMC.

It’s been a little over two years now since the surgery and everything is just fine. My PSA is less then .03, hasn’t changed at all since the surgery.  I’m back to 100% but have been that way for far well over a year now. Never had any problems with incontinence from the beginning even after throwing back a bunch of beers and no ED problems at all either. Its good to be a womanizer again and I don’t have to worry about the accidental kid. Just kidding………….?

After talking with my doctor, I’ve learned that several of you that read my journal have paid him a visit. I hope all has worked out for you as it has for me.

Like I’ve said before, if your one of he many now that has been diagnosed with prostrate cancer. Read this journal and pay my doctors a visit. It’s well worth it….

Hi sdhoxie…   I could not believe my eyes… I found your journey back in November… and just recently.. in the past 2 weeks I came across an old posting to someone by you… and then thought I’d pop your thread back to the top… I was also going to add it to our Helpful Hints page ~ and if truth be told... I had plans to do it this weekend....     Talk about a spooky feeling… when I saw your post… since it’s been over a year since you last posted….and here I am thinking about you and your journey and then all of a sudden…. My mom is planning on having surgery with Dr. Munver. She would really like to speak to someone who has used him. Can we speak to you?

Hey...

Well I’m back again, I had to look once more and see how things where.

Its been 4.5 yrs and everything is great, it does happen.

Keep the faith and see my doctors that I talked about in this journal.

Hi Shannon,
Great to see you back! Though I never saw you before. I've been around since '06 and have been rewarded with a great site to share my journey with. Of course none of us would like to have to join. But it's great to see an original HW pioneer! I am reviewing the thread right now! Let me answer the question from 4 and a half years ago ~ very helpful! Can you share your current numbers?

For some reason the site popped into my head today while I was on the laptop thought Id drop by and take a look.
For anybody interested I had PC back in 2004. Still going strong with no problems since, so keep the faith...

And again check out my doctors, they are the best.

great...surgery almost 9 yrs ago, good to know that you are strong & doing well. Nice of you to pop by with this info.

Hello out there...
Thought of the site this mourning while on the lap top and decided to drop by.
So sad to see so many new comers.
I had PC back in late 2004, had great doctors and staff at HUMC in New Jersey. They where definitely responsible for my recovery and success.
Still going strong with no problems, so keep the faith it will work out for you too. PC treatment has come a long way since my treatment.

Good Job on chronicling your journey. Most guys that have prostate cancer don't know they have it, and if they do know, they don't know what it does.

minor typo made it hard to read.
