Blood Blood And Dracula

Hi folks,
on to more nightmares. I spent so much time reading everything on this forum. I swear i thought i was going to breeze right thru this post op stuff.
I stand up the urge to urinate is so great i cant take it. {cath still in coming out on wed} well i let it go what do i get Blood gushing down my leg.if i sit down for a bm i have to wad toilet paper and hold it in font of my penis
and it gets soaked in pinkish blood.If dracula knew where i lived id be dead. I keep calling the dr {i think they are getting sick of me} Its like they dont know what to tell me im telling you the blood thing is
more then old already.I have another call in this morning lets see if we can get somewhere.

I didn't have as much blood as you, but I had some, and I had a lot of leaking around the catheter - this had me a little nervous. Right after surgery that whole area was delicate or so it seemed. Not to mention the swelling of the twins. I also found it much better to tape the catheter to the top of the thigh. This was especially helpful at night when I would toss around in bed. I didn't want the pull on the catheter to be directly on my bladder.

I cannot advise you to completely ignore your blood situation - but most likely it is just something that goes with the territory. A lot of radical stuff (thus the name Radical in RRP) went on down there and it takes some healing time. I hope it will soon clear up.
