disappearing errectons ?

Im wondering if anyone has had this happen to them ....totlly usable erections from 1 month thru 4 months  with meds ,,,,,then they just disappeared they are more un common than common ,what should or can i expect ? has anyone  had experience with this ,can anyone shed some light on this for me? any thoughts are appriciated ........................dirt

Very same thing happened to me! i was better than old times at 8 or 9 weeks. Even without meds, it was pretty good. Then a couple months later it all evaporated. Things are very unpredicatable. On a daily basis things might sort of work, or not work at all. Then, for some reason it will be OK, but never great. I THINK it might be slowly improving, but I'm not sure. I'm glad the plumbing still works, but what is going on?

See my post about ciali-viagra combo. My Urologist practically did not believe me when I told him my situation. It has happened to other guys on here as well. It seems it is more prevalent than any doc wants to admit.

I lost the ability to obtain erections when i was diagnosed with pc. the doctor said it was psychological. After surgery, one night i had an erection without meds. I am 5 months out and have had minor success with viagra/cialis combo along with a vacuum pump. i have been worried that my nerves should not have been spared since i can't get an erecton. however, based on your history and others in the group, it appears this is somewhat normal after surgery. the nerves were damaged and t i guess it just takes time.

Dirtmover, I can't comment on your specific issue, I have shown significant improvement, but nothing for the first 6/8 months, even now it is unpredictable, even with meds. Some days, nothing, the next is OK, with or without meds, very curious. I attribute some of it to pressuring myself along with physical fatigue. As you know, everyone responds differently, and for all the MD's know, there is even more that they don't. Don't give up as that would be the easiest thing to do, and you know we are all fighters, giving up is not in my way of life, especially when something has been taken from me by something as dastardly as pCa.

I achieved around 40% 3 months after prostatectomy.  Gradually the 40% has diminished.  It seems that it finally went to 0% after the operation for the AUS, but the surgeon points out, no doubt correctly, that this operation went nowhere near erectile nerves.  Be that as it may, now I have nothing at all in terms of erection, no matter how much stimulation.  I have found success with Caverjet though, even though there is some after pain involved.

Well same here, I lost my erections when I was diagnosed with PC and my doc but me on levitra but it did not help much so now I am about to try cialis, just waiting on samples from my doc.
