Question,

   Will drinking coffee prior to having a psa test alter the results. I have never heard of this and was told nothing about it. My psa has been rising over the last 9 months. It is a marginal increase that makes me wonder if my coffee intake which has also been increasing may be the cause

 

I can't walk out of the house without my three cups of coffee But as Swimom mentioned, it shouldn't be an issue with getting a PSA test. I had my three cups prior to my last test and all was well.

Never heard of that one, but if coffee elevated PSA's, mine would be off the scale!!
